Integrity and understanding are what I believe to be the most important aspects of myself and other people. I take these two qualities to heart and find them to be important in not only social but professional occasions. I believe in honest communication and won’t fail to find and be honest about my own mistakes and accomplishments.I am currently pursuing a BA in Supply Chain Management at UTD with the expectations of graduation May 2023. I am interested in Logistical Analysis and any similar internship or part-time positions that would have me engaging with a wide range of business operations.Currently, I have an understanding of OfficeSuite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). I am a quick learner and love to be taught new things, as well as help others learn. I am also quite flexible and work well with others. Brainstorming tends to be my favorite part of a group project as I love to bounce ideas off others, hear their own thoughts, and compare them to my own. This brainstorming interaction is so enjoyable to me because of my interesting in learning new things and learning about others perspectives as I believe it helps me know my own that much better.

Alongside my department duties, as part of the internship program, I worked with a team to develop a Soft Skills Training Plan - creating surveys, interviewing individuals, sorting through past programs, and referencing case studies - to develop a plan of action within a Learning Management System. This training plan used the Customer Service team as a pilot but was developed with corporate wide expansion in mind. -
