Chartered Mediator
CurrentGrace has many years of experience as a workplace investigative process team lead in the areas of bullying, personal harassment, discriminatory harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment and conduct issues. She has worked in unionized and non-unionized matters. She has completed meditions, facilitated conversation, trainings and workplace investigative processes for small companies, large conglomerates, government, municipalities, academic institutions and others. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators.In addition, Grace is specialized in providing trauma informed services and has a counselling background in mental health, substance use and partner violence. Grace is also a Chartered Mediator with over twenty years of experience helping people solve issues. She is certified in Workplace Restoration Processes and works to restore teams and productivity to the workplace after conflicts or workplace investigations have arisen.Grace has an open and welcoming style that helps participants be comfortable with her. Due to her mediation experience, she is able to remain impartial basing her reports on thorough interviewing, evidence gathering and report writing. Grace is organized, meets deadlines and communicates well with contractors. She completes processes both in person and online.
