Grace has many years of experience as a workplace investigative process team lead in the areas of bullying, personal harassment, discriminatory harassment, discrimination, sexual harassment and conduct issues. She has worked in unionized and non-unionized matters. She has completed meditions, facilitated conversation, trainings and workplace investigative processes for small companies, large conglomerates, government, municipalities, academic institutions and others. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators.In addition, Grace is specialized in providing trauma informed services and has a counselling background in mental health, substance use and partner violence. Grace is also a Chartered Mediator with over twenty years of experience helping people solve issues. This process takes place prior to a formal complaint being lodged in order to assist in getting a quicker and more financially responsible solution.
