Ensure accurate input and maintenance of employee data in HRIMS for total GMA operations. Conduct quarterly documentations audit to ensure accuracy of data and proper use and posting in the SAP system. Handles preparation of control report to be used as reference in the preparation of payroll endorsement.- Handled Employee Relations (ER) initiatives for GMA North Area.
