• Maintain and process HR and payroll-related employee files and systems related to hiring, contract amendments, and terminations, ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
• Prepare and submit payroll for biweekly payment processing for up to 300 employees for multiple productions.
• Administer records associated with the payroll process, e.g., Record of Employment, Year End T4 prep and submission.
• General office administration such as data entry; preparing reports and spreadsheets; file and records management; A/P bank deposits, reconciling cash receipts and audits, invoice/expense reports.
• Oversee the inventory and purchase of office and kitchen supplies.
