Rotation 1 - Technology Risk Graduate - Supporting identification of technology risks and incidents, and subsequent issue and action management to resolve.-Adhering to the Group's Risk Management Frameworks, and providing advice and guidance to key stakeholders on the operation of the Risk Management Frameworks- Understanding and driving the management of incidents from end to end.- Supporting the BCM team, including thematic deep dives, and compliance assessments.- Managing day-to-day technology and operational incidents and issues- Prepare reports and papers for senior management by leveraging data/dashboards and trends to generate insights.- Drive continuous improvement in processes in Westpac Institutional Banking in projects such as improving the incident management process across systems.
