I am an applied behavioral scientist who uses psychology and organizational research to enhance people's experiences at work.I deliver empirically grounded workplace solutions for public- and private-sector clients in the People, Process, and Program Performance line of business at ICF. I support organizations in improving all phases of the employee cycle.I am passionate about improving employee experiences and developing leadership. I create, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys to help organizations develop data-driven actions. I also design and implement employee development programs, including executive leadership programs, mentoring programs, team building retreats, leadership & people management trainings, and coaching programs for federal agencies and private organizations.
