Leading a team to manage a diverse account portfolio, comprised of the largest global digital content distributors and sports/media entertainment companies, such as Netflix, YouTube, NFL, NFL ST with DIRECTV, HBO, Disney and ESPN, and contributes to over 90% of the platform engagement in the digital video category.

Grace's expanded role has seen her take on responsibility for major content partners coming to the PS3, PS4, Vita and PS TV platforms including companies like YouTube, HBO, Hulu Plus, NBA, , Viacom, Epix, CBS and ShowTime. She manages the deal flow and negotiation with these partners, the deployment of their apps on the platforms (including coordinating technical teams) and the financial reporting based on user engagement. She was instrumental in the recent PS4 launch and plays a leadership role working to set and execute on the strategic direction of the digital media functionality on PlayStation devices in the US, expanding the portfolio of services, developing new business models and forms of monetization..

Grace is responsible for making SONY devices as the entertainment center, through developing and growing partnerships with over-the-top (OTT) providers, traditional multi service operator (MSO) partners, content owners and peripheral development companies. Recent successes include the launch of the DIRECTV Sunday Ticket as an OTT service on Sony PlayStation during the 2011/12 NFL seasons.

Grace was responsible for the vision and development of products related to connected and social play experiences and online services in this early stage company.

Grace managed cross-functional teams and CAPEX budgets to bring Internet consumer services, such as broadband and TELUS’Optik TV (their IPTV solution based on Microsoft’s Mediaroom) to customers across British Columbia, and VPN solutions to enterprise clients across Canada. On Optik TV she was responsible for the aggregation and distribution layers, and supporting pay-per-view services. She developed business cases for her areas of responsibility and delivered the first Executive Trial. Her work included developing long-term vendor relationships to ensure on time delivery
