Subacute and Long Term Acute Care, SNF-Evaluate and treat patients for medically necessary services including self care, mobility, and lifestyle management skills for patients with acute respiratory failure, Guillain Barré syndrome, post COVID19 infection, stroke, viral encephalitis, cardiovascular disease, etc.-Supervise 2 COTAs and 1 RNA with weekly reviews on patient progress and educating them on up-to-date neurological and physical rehabilitation interventions

-Assess pediatric students for initial evaluations and triennial IEPs for fine and gross motor skills, visual motor integration, and sensory needs in order for students to successfully participate in the educational curriculum-Initiate team communication during COVID-19 and coordinate teams to increase understanding for who is on a student’s IEP team-Experience with OT assessments such as the Beery VMI, BOT-2, SPM, A/ASP-Attend, and provide findings and recommendations with the IEP team on a student’s need for OT services and create goals based on need

-Evaluate and treat patients for behavioral lifestyle adaptations, skills building for health promoting ADLs and IADLs including stress/anxiety/depression management, healthful eating, and physical activity, and entry level hand therapy-Create behavioral health-related application handouts for the "Healthy Foundations" program to increase the application of knowledge learned in the program for increased active “doing” than passive “listening”-Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team- OT, PT, RD, exercise specialists, registrars, auth, MD, RN to gain insight from subject matter experts and provide cohesive holistic care for patients.-Lead and managed a group of screening personnel for 6 main entry points to the hospital during the initial phase of COVID19
