I founded FirstClick Consulting in 2005, establishing one of Australia's first specialist digital/performance marketing agencies. The company grew to over 50 professionals in Sydney and Melbourne, developing a culture that empowered people, fostered innovation, and emphasised client business objectives to achieve aligned visions and goals.FirstClick took a strategic problem-solving approach and offered bespoke solutions. FirstClick was acquired by Publicis in 2015 and became part of the Performics global network where I was CEO of Australian operations until 2018.Prior to founding FirstClick I led digital marketing at eBay Australia and NZ, worked as a strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company in the greater China region, and had a stint at a start-up in Silicon Valley.I earned my MBA from the Wharton School and my undergraduate degree from the National Taiwan University. Before pursuing my MBA, I worked predominantly in marketing and management on the corporate and agency sides in Taiwan. I migrated to Australia from Taiwan in 2003, and speak English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
