Manage Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for Stormwater Management Division including review of fee proposals, reports, drainage studies, hydrologic & hydraulic models, construction plans and specification submittals performed by Consultants. My key areas of expertise are watershed master planning, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, floodplain analysis and mapping, stormwater retrofit assessment, water quality pollution loading assessment and BMP alternative analysis and design. I’m skilled in the utilization of ICPR for stormwater modeling including but not limited to groundwater percolation and bridge WSPRO hydraulic simulation. I’m accomplished at using Arc GIS including Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst, LP360, and Arc Hydro Tools extensions for water resources engineering applications. I’m proficient in developing geodatabases of topographical, hydrographical, and land use data for planimetric and thematic mapping and data analysis. I’m also experienced building water resources geodatabase such as Geographic Watershed Information System (GWIS) to facilitate watershed modeling and floodplain mapping.

My primary responsibilities were to calibrate, simulate and maintain the water quality model and waste load model of Laguna Lake using Delft3d software. As the designated water quality modeler of Decision Support System team, I was tasked to environmentally assesses Laguna Lake and its watersheds to support management’s decision-making and planning for the sustainable development of Laguna Lake’s environment. I also led the Thematic Group for Waste Management and Sanitation in evaluating and appraising feasibility studies and detailed architectural and engineering designs of water or waste water treatment plant, landfill, solid waste treatment facility and other improvement projects to be funded by World Bank though LISCOP project.
