Grace Cochran Email and Phone Number
As an Environmental Scientist at Davey Resource Group, our main focus is ecologically restoring sites across Indiana. This includes removing invasive species and preserving the native plant communities within them. I take pride in leading my crew daily to take on both the physical and mental aspects of the job. I have conducted tree inventories here in Indiana and also in Tucson, AZ. I have inspected trees for damage in the swamps of Charleston, SC from an invasive beetle. Traveling allows me to increase my skill set, and explore habitats different from those in my backyard. I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington (May 2023) with my bachelors degree in Environmental Science and a minor in Nonprofit Management & Leadership. I have specific interests in local conservation and education, habitat restoration, invasive species, and forestry. I am passionate about speaking up for both the planet and its people. I strive to lead and work alongside others with empathy, and compassion.
