Ms. Gracey was the first woman director of the Gay and Lesbian Leadership Council at the Democratic National Committee, the DNC’s most successful fundraising council. Her focus was raising money at the $10,000+ level.

I guided philanthropy developed and oversaw education programs for the largest individual donors for equality in the country, who, as a group, give millions of dollars away annually to philanthropic and political causes. I also led fundraising and board development workshops for nonprofits across the country.

As scheduler for Governor Lamm, she oversaw the details of who, when and how the Governor would meet people and attend events. She also developed and implemented extensive administrative and programmatic reforms.
