- Responsible for client retention and expansion. In 2023, our NPS was 81 & we’re the #1 PR agency on G2. - Advise account teams on major client milestones and ongoing media relations, customer elevation, thought leadership, speaking, awards and analyst programs.- Run a quarterly all-agency coverage review, providing in-depth analysis of OKR completion, media landscape trends, big wins and agency averages.- Developed and lead a monthly client touchpoint system, draft quarterly client newsletter (70% open rate) - Design and oversee all key client processes, including intake, onboarding, media landscape analysis, quarterly planning, competitive research and monthly reporting.- Lead pro-bono PR efforts, supporting minority-owned organizations, securing features in TechCrunch, Forbes and Cheddar. - Represent account services on the agency executive team, collaborating on operations, structure, workload distribution, new service offerings, messaging/positioning and new business.- Establish and maintain key agency partnerships, including EMEA and APAC agencies and service partners in event speaking, social media and market research.- Manage a team of four Vice Presidents, each leading a team of 5-8 PR professionals and content specialists, serving a total of 40-70 clients.- Founding member of the agency’s DEIB committee, collaborating on DEIB statements, KPIs, social calendar, ERGs, diverse recruiting efforts and fundraisers. - Collaborate with L&D Director on outside speakers and new approaches to training. 95% of employees believe our training program provides “significant” value. - Support agency thought leadership initiatives, writing for the agency’s blog and regularly contributing to PR Daily. My piece on Chief Communications Officers was the second most-read article in 2023.- Spearhead employee incentives and operations tactics, like “productivity pods” and “no meetings week,” which resulted in 57% of employees reporting a more manageable workload.
