Sap Program Coordinator
Current• Responsible for coordination, administration and support of day-to-day activities associated with hiring IT service contractors • Create, administer and submit all relevant documents for contract agreements with vendors in accordance to terms and conditions• Analyze, review and monitor contracts and agreements for IT services• Monitor budget/account/labour allocation for contract technical assistance assignments• Coordinate and process invoices, payments, requests for quotes/proposal/tender/information • Prepare reports or briefing notes or status updates related to IT activities such as procurement, contract administration, inventory or projects
