I am currently a Senior at Capital University, where I am pursuing a Bachelor of Arts. I am majoring in Studio Arts, as well as minoring in Emerging Media and Digital Design. With these two education paths, I hope to enter the design field after graduation with specific interests in graphic design, branding, and social media. I am passionate about creating and I find beauty in the idea that form and function are united as one.I have had experience with social media and branding through my Public Liaison position for my local sorority, Pi Phi Epsilon, where I rebranded and managed all our social media which significantly improved engagement and interest with students on campus. I continue to gain more experience through my position as a Media and Design Specialist for a local business, Serendipity, located in Hilliard, Ohio, as well as my intern position at One Orijin, located in Columbus, Ohio. Through my position at Serendipity, I have done a complete rebrand, created new branding for Serendipity's subsidiary company, Serendipity Rethreads, as well as managed and ran social media for Serendipity Rethreads. Through my intern position at One Orijin, I have honed in my skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, I have gained experience working in a professional setting, and I use these developing skills to assist on the creation of new packaging, and the creation of marketing tools, such as flyers, menus, and brochures, to market One Orijin's rebrand. Through this platform I hope to continue my passion for creating by gaining more connections, exploring opportunities for more experience, and learn more about the design field.
