Worked in the Science and Health Department, liaising between departments within our care (sciences, sports and health and social care departments) and the Web and Digital Media Team to ensure goals and needs for each department were met on both a short and long term basis. Main roles involved: - Heavy involvement in the re-launch of the Essex University website (moving copy from the old version of the website to the new version, copywriting, image sourcing and uploading, fact-checking) - Updating website information regularly both on the old website and the new website.- Use and knowledge of website creator, Sitecore.- Organising and creating photoshoots for the departments in our care to create content for them to use.- Attending departmental events and open days.- Ensuring the growth of departments and an increase in student application numbers.
