Hello, I'm Grace Munro, a highly experienced and dedicated conveyancing professional with several years experience in the industry. I'm the founder and Principal Conveyancer of Munro & Associates Conveyancing, a boutique Conveyancing firm that provides clients with exceptional service and expertise in all aspects of property transactions.Throughout my career, I have successfully assisted clients with a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions, including but not limited to buying and selling residential property and property transfers. I am known for my attention to detail, my ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory requirements, and my commitment to providing exceptional client service.Prior to founding Munro & Associates Conveyancing, I had been working as a Conveyancer within the Ballarat region for sometime. I began my journey as a Conveyancing assistant and quickly found a passion for the job. I completed my diploma of Conveyancing through TMG while maintaining full time work as an Office Manager and Conveyancer at the firm in which I was working at during this time. As a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AIC), I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory developments in the conveyancing industry.
