Human Resources Coordinator - Northern Wa Region
Current- Act as a liaison between corporate HR and Retail Bank Division Leadership. Guide managers to ensure compliance of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and company human resource policies and procedures. - Proactively recruits openings in the retail division by placing job postings (internal, external, and on job sites), review applications, searches out new recruiting sources and conducts screening interviews to match candidate experience with specific job-related requirements.- Representing HR, manage communications with Regional President, Retail Division Managers, and Branch Managers
