I always dreamed of designing bridges and skyscrapers—the glamorous side of engineering. Instead, I found myself interning at a public agency in capital projects.This unexpected path sparked my passion for serving the community through improving essential infrastructure. Transitioning from public agency to private consulting, I honed my skills as an engineer and leader, thanks to compassionate mentors and supportive colleagues. I strive to develop others by exemplifying expertise in my field while being a flexible and understanding leader.Looking ahead, I aim to break the glass ceiling for female engineers and business owners while sharpening my technical skills through exciting project work.
