Grace Ramirez Gaston provides leadership and oversight for Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture's Civic Art Division. She develops and articulates a broad vision for the division, provides policy guidance on civic art plans, programs, and projects, and centers the work on cultural equity and inclusion. During her 15 years at the New York City School Construction Authority, she managed the day-to-day operations of the Public Art for Public Schools Unit, including operations, collections, and project management of Percent for Art and Sites for Students programming.
