Over the two years, you learn about our customer-facing business model first hand, in the field as an account manager, and you are given real responsiblity and business challenges from day one in sales through your strategic, operational and global rotations.

Project manager for a Global HR based web development project tied to the Hilti Career Portal. Driving the definition, development and implementation of a global web platform serving both external candidates for the Outperformer Program and current Hilti employees in the program.

• Prepared financial projections, managed the US budget and ensure proper use of funds in Tanzania

• Chosen to lead the strategic and financial planning and design of the planned Community Resource Center to be built in Shirati,Tanzania• Redefined the mission statement and created a strategic plan to restructure the organization and improve the effectiveness of the organization• Organized and directed a 1-day design workshop

New Campus East; National Geospatial Intelligence AgencySouth Campus Electrical Utility Plant; Fort Meade• Managed daily work of 12 subcontractors across a variety of construction specialties, ensured coordination of activities and improved efficiencies and quality of work; delivered construction milestones ahead of schedule and under budget.• Prepared and presented justification for all subcontractor billable hours to government, which averaged $3M per month; advocated for the subcontractor to ensure government approval of monthly payments.
