In this role, I support operations by supervising the office staff and in-field staff by communicating job expectations, daily monitoring, appraising job results, coordinating, enforcing systems, policies and procedures. This also includes managing the projects by organizing information, setting expectations, planning, meeting deadlines as well as overseeing results for complete job success all while providing excellent customer service to the clients. Other duties include writing contracts, working with vendors, performance reviews, analyzing expense reimbursements and records management.*This is a part time position.

Started as an Account Executive teaming with multiple Business Unit Presidents in Sales Administration to coordinate facilitated workshops across the United States as well as internationally. Manage over 200 client relationships many on the Fortune 100 and 500 lists which included planning events, meetings, creating proposals and contracts, project management, scheduling of travel and shipments, coordinating with vendors and hotels along with providing overall world class customer service. Within a few years the department grew and a need for a Training Manager was developed. I took the department from 8 Account Executives to 15 in a short period of time thus creating the largest department within the organization. This included candidate recruitment, interviewing, assessing, one on one training, classroom development; mentoring and overseeing that all expectations of the Account Executives are met. I developed and updated processes, set key expectations, created an on-boarding system, and paired with Operations/HR on performance reviews and setting department goals. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Public Workshops, Creative Services, Lead Development, Curriculum, Licensing, IT, Travel, Shipping, Accounting as well as Field Sales. Help create a culture of accountability and maintain a Customer Satisfaction score of 95% or better. Received multiple awards and recognition for mastering our cultural beliefs year after year.

Created a unique and upscale dessert called the “Chewy Cheesecake Delight.” I took this from inception, creation, to development, manufacturing, and profitable sales. This included supplying, customizing and designing for special events, corporate events, and seasonal events as well as in store sales. Managed day to day operations, sales, event coordination and management along with providing an amazing product.

As a licensed and commissioned Notary Public I created and produced loan documents and managed the execution of required services administering oaths, taking depositions and affidavits. This included traveling to the client, outlining the terms of the document, providing customer service, impeccable record keeping as well as ensuring a professional client experience and profitable business for the company.
