In this role, I support operations by supervising the office staff and in-field staff by communicating job expectations, daily monitoring, appraising job results, coordinating, enforcing systems, policies and procedures. This also includes managing the projects by organizing information, setting expectations, planning, meeting deadlines as well as overseeing results for complete job success all while providing excellent customer service to the clients. I developed and updated processes, set key expectations, created an on-boarding system, and paired with Operations/HR on performance reviews and setting department goals. Work cross-functionally with other departments such as Public Workshops, Creative Services, Lead Development, Curriculum, Licensing, IT, Travel, Shipping, Accounting as well as Field Sales.
