The Resonance Enterprise Investment CDFI is aiming to make social investment more flexible, patient and accessible for social enterprises, whilst utilising the benefits of the CITR scheme. Key roles include product design, fund financial modelling and scenario forecasting, investor fundraising, investment pipeline development, as well as relationship building and management with both social enterprises and social investors. I also lead on the Fund's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy, working with EDI Inclusion Partners to incorporate an EDI lens at each stage of our investment process. I continue to manage the West Midlands SITR Fund which has included deal origination, completing due diligence and deal execution, as well as managing ongoing investor and investee relationships and monitoring the fund’s investment portfolio.
