• Led the development and rollout of a mobile app for vehicle fleets in large-scale mining operations, taking the product from zero to one.• Doubled conversion rate of value per visit by researching user journeys, leveraging gamification techniques, and improving product telemetry in collaboration with UX researchers and data scientists. • Collaborated with subject matter experts to gather and refine requirements, driving feature engineering and pre-processing initiatives for data scientists and engineers.• Led the development of an executive-centric, program-wide resource cost allocation tool using SharePoint and PowerBI to manage a $20M advanced analytics program comprising 15 projects, subsequently using the tool to track and optimize program resources and costs.
