Publicist and social communicator at an academic level, marketer by experience, and ethical fashion entrepreneur (specializing in knitwear) by profession.With a professional work experience in consumer marketing, marketing foodservice, logistics, sales b2b/b2c, consumer advertising, trade marketing, customer management, category management, eCommerce, export and fashion sourcing.I am GRACIELA HUAM's founder, a knitwear brand established in Peru and The Netherlands, committed to fair trade, circular economy and artisanal creativity. It was featured in different media such as Vogue Mexico, LÓfficial Mexico, Up Next Designer, Latin American Fashion Summit-LAFs and many more. I am also co-founder of KNIT-LAB PERU, an ethical manufacturer, specialist in knitting and sourcing of natural fibers. Focused on the traceability of its developments and production. Likewise, Winner of the Peruvian Company of the Year 2021 Award by virtue of the outstanding performance and business management during the last annual period of 2021: Start-Up Exporter category. Currently I work with more than 250 textile artisans in Peru (small entrepreneurs, artisan families and artisan communities) and with older adults 50+ in our program "Quality Control Masters of Knit-Lab Peru". Likewise, I collaborate in the development and production of knitwear collections for brands and designers, exporting to the US, Canada, Australia, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.
