I have been traveling throughout the country on speaking engagements to real estate professionals regarding HUD selling and listing procedures, REO properties, Innovative Short Sales, and by invitation, Motivational Real Estate Practices. Through First Preston, I have engineered a 3 hour accredited course, Building Your Business with Real Estate Owned Properties in 7 states and counting! I am continuing to develop training modules and seminars for real estate professionals. I am a real estate instructor for Kaplan Professional Schools. I am approved to teach all core, MCE, SAE, and Legal and Ethic Updates courses for the state of Texas. I am approved in 7 states for Successfully Selling HUD Homes and Building Your Business with Real Estate Owned Properties.
