Recent Project Experience: Insurance, UI/UX Lead/Product Designer:-Leveraged knowledge and experience as the project's UI/UX Lead to run workshops for the design of a groundbreaking digital insurance sales platform, a first for the industry and a blank slate from a usability perspective.-Designed both UI look and feel, and UX screen flows for multiple digital products in the company’s suite of to-be services.-Spoke on the subjects of usability and design thinking to client technical and business teams on a daily basis, guiding them in adapting “analog” insurance practices to the digital landscape.Energy and Utilities Services, Business Analyst Lead/UI/UX Lead:-Leveraged knowledge and experience as the project's sole Digital Interactive/UI/UX analyst to offer expert guidance to client and Capgemini teams regarding application look & feel and usability.
