- Assists the team in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies grounded in current industry insights and best practices to grow the University's digital following. - Assists in gathering data, researching and staying current on the latest social media and digital marketing trends and providing inputs on new tools and techniques.- Supports the team in event promotion and email marketing, as required. - Works directly with students and other community members to create content that drives interest and engagement.

- Greet guests and take orders in a professional and courteous manner- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest concerns or issues in a timely manner- Prepare and deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas as needed.
