I am responsible for sourcing debt and equity financing nationwide for my clients generally located on the west coast. My focus is on financing all types of income-producing properties, including apartments, office, hospitality, industrial and retail. • Facilitated over 60 transactions with more than $1B provided in financing. • Underwrite and provide preliminary loan requests to correspondent lenders. • Initiate and manage relationships with new and existing clients.• Provide market knowledge, property financial analysis, and sponsorship analysis. • Communicate lender knowledge and provide loan quotes to clients for prospective transactions. • Coordinate due diligence preparation and credit analysis throughout transaction closings with correspondent lenders. • Service Loans • perform financial analysis, property analysis and inspection.

• Private Client Group – team specializing in representing private investors in investment properties of all product types. o Assist in financial analysis, packaging and service delivery. • Initiate relationships with new clients / maintain relationships with old clients (research market areas, generate marketing reports). • Database Management – Manage relationship management database. Utilize database for marketing purposes.
