I joined HMH in October 2010 as a Project Manager working on various products including Digital Learning Objects, Interactive White Boards, E-books, Integrated Tools, iTools, and also on a Streaming Media project in conjunction with History.com. Along with the regular Project Manager duties my responsibilities include:• Overall responsibility for Project delivery including schedule, component budget tracking, resource assignment, requirements, scope management and quality• Manage the Purchase to Pay process for component lifecycle including drafting RFPs, Statements of Work, Purchase Orders etc• Co-ordinate with cross functional team members to ensure that project deliverables are met.• Ensure project objectives are met within the constraints of project scope, time, cost and required quality.• Provide timely and accurate reports, immediately escalating any issues that are likely to impact project schedules, budget, scope or quality• Adhere to and follow the organizational integrated Change Control Process• Complete a Post Project Implementation review to document lessons learnt.
