As the Regional Director of Recruitment, I oversee the hiring and retention of qualified and diverse candidates for various healthcare positions. I have more than three years of experience in the recruitment field, starting as an Assistant Recruiter and progressing to a Junior Recruiter before taking on my current role. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior Studies from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where I learned the principles and practices of effective leadership, teamwork, and organizational change. I have developed strong communication, analytical, and management skills that enable me to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, identify and solve recruitment challenges, and optimize the recruitment process and strategy. I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of my company, which is to provide exceptional and innovative care to diverse populations and settings.
