Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, strategise the recruitment process and create clear job descriptionsOwning the end to end recruitment process: Opening new vacancies on the company ATS (SuccessFactors), posting job adverts on relevant job boards, resume and candidate screening, conducting thorough competency based face to face/video interviews with/in addition to the hiring manager, providing constructive feedback to candidates and management of offer negotiation with candidatesAttaining and discussing feedback with hiring managers to support them in making the right hiring decisionsDirect sourcing and headhunting
