International Special Programs at PSU runs in-person short-term English language and American Culture programs for international students. -Lead and facilitate discussions with a small group of students to practice their English in a smaller, less inhibiting environment.- support work and share resources/examples with team members to improve practice sessions.

-Provided logistical support for the Student Success Effort and act as a representative of students, sharing and bringing in the student perspective of student’s actual needs to administrators-Assisted with internal and external design and implementation of the communications plan; provided design support by stylizing documents using Canva, Google Suite, Tableau, etc., and writing proposals-During team meetings, take meeting notes to delegate tasks, and edit documents as needed-Assisted the team in developing methods for soliciting student input and feedback; quality check student surveys before they were sent out, interacted with PSU students in focus groups and individually to collect student feedback and ideas, listened in and took notes and assisted in digesting the findings and making recommendations about appropriate actions to take based on findings-Supported analysis of student success metrics and data, prepare data visualizations, and assist with literature review and other student success research as needed
