I am an interactive, integrative, and neuroaffirming psychotherapist. I specialize in child and family therapy, parenting and couples, and neurodivergent populations-- including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, gifted development and high sensitivity (additional details about my work are in the Experience section below).I've been providing psychotherapy and counseling services in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1998. I completed my graduate work at California Graduate School of Psychology (now Argosy University), and I have received intensive training in family systems, child and adult development, and narrative therapy. In addition to a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, I hold a M.S. degree in Clinical Psychology, and a B.S. degree in Nutrition Science, with an emphasis in physiological chemistry, from U.C. Davis. I have been an instructor at St. Mary’s College of California since 2003, where I have taught Human Development, Group Theory and Practice, Psychopathology, Supervision, various other psychology and management courses, and served on thesis committees.I occasionally run workshops and CE classes, and I have been a presenter at Simple Practice Learning, Rainbow Community Center, CALPCC, SENG, NAGC, Global Center for Gifted and Talented Children, Davidson Institute Young Scholar Summit, and others, I would be happy to consider presenting for your group should the need arise.
