As an Executive and Life Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator, I am deeply grounded by my 15+ years of experience leading and developing teams to reach their fully potential, and extensive education and training in adult development, peak performance and motivation, and neuroscience. I facilitate transformation in my clients by helping them connect to their values, lead and think in more complex and strategic ways, and develop competencies to achieve their goals. I am a collaborator that thrives on building potential and enabling others to successfully sustain the outcomes we achieve together. I navigated rapid transitions and exponential career growth to serve as a Chief of Staff of many of the National Security Agency's most critical cyber operations organizations, such as Computer Network Operations, Defensive Networking Operations, and Collection, Exploitation, and Cryptanalysis Operations. In my executive leadership experience, I have often represented much of the diversity on the senior leadership teams to which I have belonged. I spent most of my career feeling the pressure of being the “Only,” a trailblazer by choice or lack of representation, or the “Other,” an outsider whose belonging is questioned internally and externally. I am grateful for having experienced the associated challenges of breaking barriers and navigating impossibilities and I now focus on equipping those who experience being the "Only" and "Other" close the gap between where they are and where they want to be, make their most important decisions with confidence, and learn how to make the most of their unique potential without leaving any part of themselves behind.
