All Analyst tasks, plus:- Recovered $5 million in underpayments for one of the largest projects at Triage Consulting Group, UC San Diego, by working with commercial and government health insurance companies.- Diligently reviewed the contracts for Dignity Health and renegotiated contract rates with insurance companies to help recover $2.7 million for our client.- Resolved $1 million in uncollectible hospital claims for HCA Houston by determining inefficiencies in the client’s revenue cycle.- Trained two new analysts in Triage’s one-on-one training program for a 6 month period.- Acted as lead liaison between 4 internal project teams, Resolution Services Group, and management to ensure project expectations are met.- Served as a mentor in career and personal development to two new analysts as part of Triage’s mentorship program.

- Created the Quality Assurance Department, implementing practices, policies, and procedures in collaboration with field operations and the medical management team.- Led incident investigations initiated by clients or patients to ensure all clinical care was delivered according to company policies and procedures, and state regulated licensing scopes.- Lead regulatory investigations, working directly with county, state, and federal regulatory agencies (e.g. Cal/OSHA, OSHA, LEMSA, etc.) to ensure full compliance.- Created and delivered educational modules for remedial trainings.- Delivered bimonthly HIPAA compliance and bloodborne pathogens training.
