Created an events calendar for the academic year. Organised, promoted, and pursued feedback on various environmental events. Encouraged sustainability in event organisation throughout the University. Liaised with various community organisations on events and projects. Created and managed events attended by as many as 50 people.

Waitstaff at Mitchell's fill multiple roles including host, barista, and bartender. Waitstaff attend to up to 30 people at a time and handle private events of up to sixty people.

Play Facilitators work primarily on the Museum floor in all exhibition galleries, interacting with children and adults as they play within the Museum. Additionally, Play Facilitators lead activities and programs while maintaining the highest standards of friendly, helpful, and responsive visitor service at all times.

Explored the University’s museum database to find objects of interest to first- and second-year art history modules. Collaborated with professors and other students when organising objects of interest according to where they would add the most value to art historical discussions. Used digital resources, including Exhibit, to create visual examples of how the museum objects could be utilised.

The Guest Services Representative position is responsible for conducting birthday parties, selling retail merchandise at the retail cart and providing customer services at the Box Office.

Supervised 40+ children every day keeping track of their emotional needs, dietary restrictions, and addressing any health incidents. Interacted with parents daily and developed individualized relationships with each in regards to the health and wellbeing of their child/children. Trained new employees in the regulations and obligations of the job, and how to maintain a COVID safe working and education environment.

Supervised 20+ children ensuring their safety at all times, including acting as a lifeguard when required. Developed personal relationships with all the children at the camp through interactive activities andbuilding rapport through one on one interactions.
