The role allows the opportunity to support the development of the Trustev fraud prevention engine using deep data mining analysis. Through identification of trends and patterns in the data, I assist in the development of the product with a targeted result of increasing accuracy of the scoring model. Through the use of advanced fraud visualisations, I conduct multi-merchant analytics where fraud trends are highlighted, tracked and combated utilising and maintaining a fraud threshold alerting system in a real-time context. Feedback is summarised and presented internally and to Trustev clients. Building relationships with our clients is a core part of this role, it allows me to understand the clients business case, identify gaps that may create fraud risk and leads to the development of key metrics to measure and monitor price fraud risk.
