Worked in collaboration with the Victorian Deaf Education Institute (VDEI) to develop an online resource kit for teachers of young deaf and hard of hearing children to assist in building their students’ self-advocacy skills. Participated in weekly meetings with the VDEI sponsor, Monash University supervisor and two other project managers to ensure timelines and responsibilities had been met.

I undertook a caseload of five patients to assist their discharge and ensure a smooth transition back home or to respite. I worked within a multidisciplinary team to complete functional assessments, document relevant reports, and communicate important information.
