The Manager of Authoring Services Operations oversees the operational teams and activities that support the delivery of Authoring and Regulatory Services sold by VelocityEHS and its partners. This full-time position supports VelocityEHS primarily by being the main decision maker in operationalizing the Authoring Service product. In this role there is responsibility to works with department leadership to continuously improve quality assurance processes and the company's ROI on service delivery, as well as to develop and maintain operational metrics and reporting to ensure departmental goals are achieved. The Manager of Authoring Service Operations is a people manager role with expectations of developing and leading a health, well informed, and successful workforce.
