It's not the size of the organization that attracts me, but top leaders' commitment to continuous innovation and creating the environment that invites everyone's full potential.I am a decisive and innovative HR Leader with a diverse background in management and strategic consulting within multiple industries in the U.S. and Asia, serving small, mid-sized, and large organizations. I demonstrated leadership in significant change initiatives to improve organization-wide talent development. I achieved professional certifications as an executive coach, an assessor for DEI competencies and leadership 360 feedback, a master trainer for behavioral skill trainers, and a practitioner of Human-Centered Design.I built from scratch leading edge learning solutions - e.g. Gender Acumen Matters, a 2-day immersive learning workshop for men and women senior leaders, who then in gender pairs led monthly mixed-gender Group Mentoring for managers.
