As an intern at Dennis Law, I worked on converting raw data into formats suitable for the company’s digital platforms, significantly enhancing data accessibility and usability. My responsibilities included organizing digital and physical files, ensuring a systematic approach to information management. I also contributed to the Serool Project, a pioneering initiative that has since evolved into an independent branch of Dennis Law. This experience allowed me to develop technical skills in data handling and provided valuable insight into project participation and team collaboration.

During my internship at NIB, I gained hands-on experience in customer service and administrative tasks within the banking sector. I was responsible for managing client files, updating personal information with the new Ghana Card, and handling e-Zwich withdrawals and printing services. These tasks allowed me to develop strong attention to detail, improve my data management skills, and enhance my ability to assist customers effectively.
