Maternal mortality is a global issue, with women losing their lives during pregnancy, childbirth, or within 42 days after. According to WHO, around 287,000 women died in 2020 due to complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. I am on a mission to help reduce maternal and infant mortality by focusing on the health of women and children. To further this mission, I host webinars to educate women about their health, which led me to create Midwife Chronicles on Facebook—a platform dedicated to combating maternal and child mortality through health education and support.In addition to my midwifery training, I am expanding my skills in digital marketing.
