A 2014 graduate in Microbiology from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, Grace further honed her entrepreneurial skills as an alumna of the Central Bank of Nigeria Enterprise Development Centre in 2016. Her remarkable journey continued with recognition as one of the successful 1,000 entrepreneurs in Africa for the Tony Elumelu Foundation in 2017 and as one of the 120 female entrepreneurs for the Women Entrepreneurship For Africa (WE4A) program in 2021. Over the past 8 years, Grace has steered her group of brands to become multi-award-winning beauty, retail and manufacturing companies with a global customer base. Her accolades include the SME100 25 under 25, The Future Africa, and the prestigious Her Network Woman of the Year award, among others. Passionate about building sustainable businesses in Africa, Grace is dedicated to leveraging the continent's abundant resources and raw materials to create high-performance beauty products tailored for the African woman and her family. As the Managing Director of Shanyi Organics Limited, she currently sits on the company's board, leading growth and strategy. Beyond her professional endeavors, Grace is a certified expert, holding an Advanced Diploma in Organic Cosmetics Formulation from Formula Botanica in the United Kingdom. She is also an Associate of Women In Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ) and an esteemed member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists Nigeria (NICOS). In her personal life, Grace finds joy in her role as a wife, mama, sister and mentor.
