My diverse background spans over decades in healthcare, including roles as a State Registered Nurse, Senior Ward Sister, and Administrator. This rich tapestry of experiences, coupled with my qualification from the College of Natropathic Medicine, positions me uniquely to bridge the gap between medical and lifestyle perspectives on health.My career began on the wards of Guys Hospital and I then moved to St George's Hospital Tooting, where I honed my skills as a staff nurse, later stepping up to lead a team as the Senior Ward Sister. Here, I learned the critical importance of empathetic communication, organisational management, and teamwork - skills that have served me well throughout my career and are now at the forefront of my coaching approach.Following a break to focus on family, I transitioned into the business world, managing the day-to-day administration of a busy property finance company. This experience broadened my skillset, enhancing my proficiency in project management and business communication.I later took another career break due to health issues, using this period as an opportunity to refocus on my core passion: promoting health and well-being. I completed a diploma in Health Coaching and am now utilising this knowledge to educate, empower, and support individuals to improve their health, fitness, and well-being. I am committed to staying abreast of the latest research and strategies in health coaching.
