Product Lead on League of Legends: Wild Rift (Console)

- Class scheduling, including working closely with faculty to plan courses for each academic semester- Reviewed and submitted syllabi, working as the Department Curriculum Coordinator- Assisted in the planning and execution of large-scale special events, such as Academy New Student Orientation, Academy Interview Weekend, etc., and other events- Managed and monitored multiple budgets, including processing financial paperwork (reimbursements, payments, honoraria, purchasing, etc.)

- Designed and coordinated two campus-wide initiatives, the Healthy Meeting Guidelines and Eat Well Irvine/Healthy Eater program- Provided education and resource awareness to the campus and community for promoting healthy habits through materials creation and campus-wide adoption My main project was the Healthy Meeting Guidelines, which is a guidebook providing resources and information to the UCI community on how to organize and conduct healthy meetings. This includes partnerships with various departments on campus, such as Hospitality & Dining Services, Environmental Health & Safety, and Emergency Management). The guidelines touch on such topics like sustainability, emergency preparedness, and healthy dining. The goal was to establish the Healthy Meeting Guidelines as a part of the campus culture and to promote healthy, safe, and sustainable meetings as the standard.

- Directed a house of sixty matriculated Stanford students and visiting international students- Oversaw the budget and programming for the house- Managed two live-in Resident Advisors- Served as first point of contact for students within the house, as well as students within my greater housing area in an On-Call role and when doing rounds as the House Director on rotation- Crisis response to students in need and acted as a liaison for the Associate Dean of Summer Session and the Resident Fellows- Supervised and coordinated events around the Bay area for student residents, including academic talks, museum visits, and cultural programs

- Facilitated programs that fostered community connection, development, engagement, and leadership. This was done through programs that involved campus and community partners, including Special Olympics, the Health Center, SAFER, and other organizations- Manager and oversee a student staff team that had strict programming requirements. Monitored their progress, offer programming structure and support, and help trouble shoot for any hiccups along the way- Conducted judicial review meetings with residents who violated housing policy in order to ensure a safe and productive living environment that enabled positive growth- In Winter 2013, I co-taught a Leadership class for potential future Resident Advisors. This was an academic course during which students were required to work collaboratively with other classmates to work on projects and assignments revolving around sensitive topics (e.g. sexual assault, drug and alcohol prevention, etc.) and community engagement- Involved in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training process for new and returning Resident Advisors and Program Assistants
