• Update databases of international buyers• Execute the telemarketing and mailing process to establish contact with potential buyers• Contact Chambers of Commerce, Embassies, and commercial offices of Peru abroad and carry out promotion activities of the Fairs with the representatives of the embassies through breakfasts, cocktails, and video-conferences.• Prepare progress reports on the performance of record sheets of the assigned portfolio.• Send advertising material through a diplomatic bag to all the organizations that support the dissemination of the Fairs.• Manage the benefit of granting tickets and/or accommodation for buyers that will be financed by the General Committee.• Provide personalized advice to buyers to locate exhibitors who meet the product requirements they need• Provide information on Peruvian exporting companies that have exportable offers according to the demand of the buyers.• Inform buyers about their agenda at the business matchmaking
