As recruitment administrator for Helix Marketing my main role is dealing with all recruitment needs to enable the business to expand. I work with multi-national brands and not for profit organisations across the UK. My role is to recruit and develop sales teams to represent these companies and help them hit their KPI's, working with the Managing Director on a daily basis planning the companies strategies and implementing it's procedures and ensuring the business runs smoothly.
