Managed 4 direct and 5 indirect reports and a combined radio and TV budget of over $1BN.• Increased integrity of budget reporting and reduced time taken to consolidate budgets by 30%. Created standard templates for use across all radio and local TV stations in all provinces where none previously existed• Partnered with VP of Finance and Senior Director to streamline accounting processes and consolidate reporting for all 27 TV and 82 Radio stations including the integration of newly acquired Astral Media radio stations, resulting in more effective and timely reporting to Bell Media Corporate Reporting group

Due to ownership change teams in Finance, HR, Procurement and IT successfully delivered on a complex challenge to integrate CTV into Bell’s systems (SAP) and processes within 8 months, involving major cultural and process changes. • Played a lead Finance role in the conversion / integration of 120+ CTV companies to Bell SAP systems, policies and processes following acquisition by Bell in an aggressive 8 month timeline. o Led major change management for CTV and complex system integration that included automated Accounts Payable workflow, Automated Expense claim module, HR / payroll systems/processes, new Chart of Account, new month-end close and reporting. o Project completed on time, within budget while providing excellent support to Bell media team who were transitioning to the new systems. Received Bravo award (awarded to 166 out of 49,000 staff)• Managed the closure of the Accounts Payable department following the centralization of the function to Bell which impacted 20 staff. Performance was maintained and achieved a zero backlog on the “go-live” centralization date

Reported to VP Finance & Corporate Controller. Responsible for centralized accounts payable, payroll and affiliate subscriber receivable group with up to 42 staff and department budgets of over $2.5m. Finance business owner of Lawson accounting system including: maintaining chart of accounts, security, creating new financial reports, automated allocations and working with IT to implement upgrades / new patches.• Restructured the Lawson accounting system to accommodate future growth through acquisition. Led the conversion to Lawson version 9 on time and within the $3m budget. Mapped out the vision with the Steering Committee / Sponsors, established sub-committees for “deep-dive” sessions, and led the RFP processo Incorporated the added complexity of the acquisition of Chum TV and Radio mid-conversion, which increased the number of legal entities from 86 to 124 for conversion to new Lawson system. It included integrating Chum group into CTV policies; processes which involved centralizing a decentralized structure and eliminating approximately 2 weeks out of Chum close process.o Closed the first month-end on time post-conversion and produced accurate consolidated reports, maintaining data integrity on “go-live” dateo Managed project complexities while simultaneously leading the Accounts Payable and Payroll teams• Created and delivered training face-to-face and virtually via webinar for staff impacted by acquisitions and divestitures. Ensured staff were fully up to speed with the new systems and processes for seamless transitions • Raised the reputation and performance of the Accounts Payable and Payroll teams; addressed morale issues, provided training and replaced staff where necessary to ensure the team had the capability to adapt and grow as the business demands constantly changed. This resulted in approximately 20% reduction in calls from unsatisfied vendors and significant reduction in employee turnover

Responsible for consolidation of monthly results, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages, yearend legal entity statements, finance systems, audit liaison, post-acquisition integration and streamlining processes, overseeing a team of 2 accounting managers and 6 corporate accountants.• Streamlined month-end closing procedures to bring closing forward by 2 days in order to meet new Bell reporting timelines• Finance lead in the integration and conversion of Oracle accounting system to Lawson following the acquisition of the Globe and Mail (GAM), Globe Interactive and ROBTv by CTV. In addition it included converting Sympatico from Bell systems to Lawson, as a result of Bell purchase of CTV. Project completed within the 6 month timeline and within budget overcoming cultural issues and resistance from team• Directed the Lawson accounting system conversion back to a broadcast year-end following the divestiture of CTV from Bell. Led a cross functional team (Finance, IT, HR and Payroll). With no extra cost to the company, successfully managed the conversion in only 2 weeks while maintaining data integrity across 86 legal entities and elimination companies
