As a first-year law student at Campbell University School of Law, I am driven by a passion for advocacy and a commitment to empowering others. I hold a BA in Political Science and Women and Gender Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill, where I developed a strong foundation in social justice and public policy.My professional journey includes completing the UNC-CH Paralegal Certification Program, followed by valuable experience as a paralegal at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. This role allowed me to hone my analytical skills and deepen my understanding of the legal system. Additionally, prior to leaving North Carolina, I served as a Guardian ad Litem in Orange County, advocating for children’s rights and well-being—a role that reinforced my belief in the importance of giving a voice to those who may not have one.As I embark on my legal career, I am actively seeking a summer associate position where I can further develop my skills and contribute to meaningful work.
